Notify us within 30 calendar days of delivery and send the products back within 14 days of notification. One return shipment per order is complimentary in Italy using a CROWN label. Customers outside Italy cover return shipping; any labels and deductions are agreed in advance. CROWN covers necessary costs for incorrect, faulty or non-conforming products.
Use Start a return / Exercise your right of withdrawal, or email customer care. Providing a reason is optional and no authorisation is required to exercise your right of withdrawal in time.
Refunds are issued without undue delay and within 14 days of notification using the original payment method, unless otherwise expressly agreed at no cost. Unless CROWN offers direct collection, refunds may be withheld until the products or proof of dispatch are received, whichever occurs first. For a full return, the paid original standard delivery charge is also refunded; shipping is not charged retrospectively for partial returns.
The commercial 30-day policy does not limit the legal guarantee of conformity or other mandatory consumer rights. If a problem occurs, contact customer care with sufficient details to identify your purchase. Try garments with an integrated bodysuit over your own underwear. Trying on a product or removing a tag does not automatically exclude withdrawal; any reduction in value is assessed and explained individually.
